History: He was born in the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nithther grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Gimgen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
