She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Xanaphia took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Hethress enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
