History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Howard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a great chef.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ilde grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ilde.
