History: Umpen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Ashgarn is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Ashgarn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
