Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Pallabar will drive conversation. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pallabar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and further expansion of business

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and dragonborn compassion

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Leaf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Animal Trainer and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and wants to open a new tavern
