History: Gifted from a young age, Windy studied abroad. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Portia embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born in the south to a Shipwright, Rieta learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Shipwright like her mother before her.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and balancing his hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Eloise hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He became a Crown-heir soon after.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
