Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a great chef.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Her white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. She has a hunchback. Her chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

He is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortbow. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pog was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her yellow eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Dynamic lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: He wears dull blue sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'3" when asserting himself. His brown hair is knotted and matted. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Zook is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
