History: Lidda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Pyntle was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sarah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sarah. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion
