History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Born to a Miner, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Umpen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Umpen. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tervaround alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Tervaround was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited.
