Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Cecily was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
