History: Phelaia was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Sellsword kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
