Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gurdis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He got into the Armorer business at a young age. When Dimble reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He struck the Armorer job and began his own company from there.

She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has dyed her greying bronze crest a little too much giving a sharp bronze color. Her eyes are gold and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Vezera and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Elizabeth was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Alston was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
