Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and is pretty ugly. He sports a flattop crest cut. He has gold eyes.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shedinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She stands about 3'3" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her silver hair is knotted and matted. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Duvamil was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Spice Merchant. He has dyed his greying silver crest a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dazzazn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Dazzazn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dazzazn was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He wears baggy blue pantaloons and a black scarf. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly shields and sickles. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was born in the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dabbledob grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dabbledob. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job
