Description: She is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'1" when asserting herself. She is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are blue and catlike.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She got into the Painter business at a young age. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: She is in excellent shape and is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She has wavy black hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Merchant but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. During her travels, Murook and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Murook discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Murook fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Marshal, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

Description: With pastel face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. She has blue eyes and a red hat with a green feather.
Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: Gifted from a young age, Egelina studied abroad. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Egelina's homeland. Egelina decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a worn and beaten armor. She wears her yellow fur up. Her eyes are a pleasant copper.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Sun abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she's looking for her big break

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He carries a battered quarterstaff and tarnished kukri as well. His long copper crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.
History: Arjhan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a halberd on her belt. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Eida was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Eida's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: She wears a black tunic with grey highlights, and long violet pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her dark red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. This silver eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Performer.
