Description: She wears dull tan sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed shield, just in case. Her brown hair is greasy and uncared for. Her ears are large.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: Andraste was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Andraste took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Thomas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is greedy

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length red fur. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Junk Dealer and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she's looking for her big break

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her golden hair is wavy and long. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Weaver but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his greatsword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is a Shepherd first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
