History: Tomi was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Now she works as a music tutor during her time off.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Andraste lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father.
