History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Glassblower father left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Umpen is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Umpen hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Umpen was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Dalgal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She comes from a rich western family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Harann grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
