Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The war was a terrible time for her, and Veloptima does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: Biri was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
