History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Leaf was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
