When Nikki reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Spice Merchant, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses like a well dressed Laborer does. His hair is long and golden with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Ogbur is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ogbur never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Roondar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his writing dream.
