History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ortegar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Rosamund was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Rosamund was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rosamund's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Armorer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second son.
