Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: Mozikth was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
