History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Melech was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Bather.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gifted student he started as a Herbalist, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Raer's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Mortician like his father before him.

He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: The child of a Tailor, who enjoyed hunting, Hillanot was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Weaver. She has worked as a Weaver like her mother before her.
