Description: This northern man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Apothecary who has hired him part-time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's in love.

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'5" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Slave Trader who has hired her part-time. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Grigi grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Grom was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Locksmith for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Locksmith responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Guy was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
