Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ahvain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

After coming to the age of reason, Mardred took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
