Description: She is a mite stocky and has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her tan robe. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are likewise white. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Weaver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Weaver work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Emerald was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Uraim reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Henk lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Enialis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Enialis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Rael's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
