Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Bulzo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a great chef.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: She wears a black vest and prefers blue and green shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She carries a battered trident and tarnished scimitar as well. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gynk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Gynk was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: Dagnal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Matilda lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Server, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Fletcher profession.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
