History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Laucian took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A freak accident while working with her Healer mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Leucis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Leucis decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Harriet has worked very hard to control her curse. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
