History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Thoradin hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thoradin grew up listening to his father's many stories. Thoradin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to share knowledge with the world

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Miller father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

After coming to the age of reason, Bryseis took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
