Description: He wears a brown costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gardain grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a brown tunic with white highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her gray fur is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ekk grew up listening to her father's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.
Personality: Aline is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for her, and Aline does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Aline hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Aline was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Loopmottin was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This light-skinned female likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She has no hair. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her broad blue hat.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Tippletoe took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up trident and armor she uses now. She bought a trident and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
