Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Xanaphia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her red eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Synthrin's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Lia was born with her father's beautiful face. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Lia was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Heather was born the youngest of three triplets. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Jeweler, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born into a rich family. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Raymond was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Marshal. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Body Guard father left him crippled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
