Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He is portly but not overly obese. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gormogord grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gormogord. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. She has shaved her head bald. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Ovina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ovina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: Sweet wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. After a long history of fighting, Silaqui and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Simon reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Oriel took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor she uses now. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Barkeep. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
