History: Claira was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born to a Marshal, her father struggled to pay the bills. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the north to a Server, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Server for hire.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Saphara grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her youth she was a Spy, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Heartbroken, Cairn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
