History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Raiann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
