History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This man is very fat, and tends to wear a large green jacket. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Morthos was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Morthos took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. The war was a terrible time for him, and Halimath does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When Halimath reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: Valida hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Valida was born with her mother's beautiful face. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Bidreked and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Helja enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Helja was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shautha was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion; and regain custody of her son
