History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
