She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Frederick was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Glassblower. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
