History: Ootah was born with her mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Ootah was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Ovina and her spouse have recently divorced.
