Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a long, grey cloak. He has shaved his head bald. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Baern was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Baern took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is light but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She wears a blue shirt, with a black mid length skirt with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around her ears. Her green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She is dressed in an above average manner. She wears a colorful flower in her golden hair. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Luthra embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Luthra was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Dragonborn, and stands approximately 6'1". She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes., and her gloved hand is found clutching a crossbow. Her crest is white and curly. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Eggren lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Eggren was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Eggren was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears bulky brown painted plate armor. Her auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes are green and beady.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Hlin hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Hlin was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and she wants revenge against goblins
