Through the years after Dentratha was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dentratha's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Dentratha and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Astaro grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Astaro. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
