History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Fortune-teller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
