History: Naal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Elf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She was born in the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Knight arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Norsko was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Norsko decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
