Description: A middle-aged man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate, and is pretty ugly. His red crest is smooth and relatively long. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines yellow.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Art lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to reunite with his absent father

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a grey vest and prefers pastel and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her red hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Falkrunn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and she wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

He prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He got into the Beggar business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now owns his own business.
