Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull black iron scale mail. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small red clips. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Harriet is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and pastel handkerchief worn on his right side. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Orsik grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Orsik. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He is a husky man, who has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has done his best to style his dark red hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his silver eyes.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Bathin has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against drow

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a Sellsword, his father struggled to pay the bills. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries with him a set of halberds on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His hair is white and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Erdan was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erdan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
