Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kyle is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sword use. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.
History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears baggy white pantaloons and a grey scarf. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the right. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Gifted from a young age, Liftrasa studied abroad. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Azaki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Qemuel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Huru fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Mreksh's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Mreksh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in the west to a Detective, Cockaby learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Detective.
