Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Richard was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices.
