History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. One day when Arha was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Arha was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: She was born in the east. A freak accident while working with her Barkeep mother left her crippled. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Laucian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student she started as a Scribe, but she got bored and became a Cook. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and she seems to be bored by most things

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
