Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nutae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
