History: Born to a Courier, his father struggled to pay the bills. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Map Maker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bilga was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She tends to her Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Ethereal has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ethereal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
