History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Fulbar was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Butcher. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region.
